Went today and got 3 sandwiches. The cheese was in like small pieces and when I told her I didn't want those to get more, she... kind of hesitated but did. She then didn't want to separate the cheese and finally did and making small pieces with them. Shehardly put any meat in all 3 sandwiches. I don't know whats up with this girl but she needs to get with it or be cleaning thestore instead. And they didn't have any other breads there. Read more
One day they are out of steak, another day no spinach. 3 month and more with no salad lids and sometimes no bowls, crootuns,... black pepper and the list go on. Items are out of stock most of the times.Less staffing, one worker most of the times andstressed. Add to that the store is outdated, rarely cleaned and the bread doesn't taste fresh. I rarely go to this location. My grand baby had swim lessons & wanted subway afterwards. We went 3 times during the 2 wks of... swim lessons. The reason wasn't because of the awesome sandwiches, cause I can't deny that I love their sandwiches. We wentbecause of the service. A young lady was working and I had never seen her b4, & silly me i didnt get her name, she was sweet,funny and engaging. A lot of Customer Service is missing that now a days. Read more
