The food taste was standard experience at subway but getting enough toppings was like pulling teeth. Every bench and table was... dirty and getting napkins after using the provided ones to clean the table was one per person. The oven fan was almost dead aswe could hear its death song loudly for the majority of our meal and they didn't provide the correct number of slices of meatfor the sandwich. Overall bad time no wonder the location was wrong on the map and the lady wearing a manager shirt didn'tcare. The fans are blowing dust onto your food as they are covered and we're last cleaned by the installation team. No bathroomfor guests to wash your hands before eating and the floor looked as though it was last moped by Woodrow Wilson preelection. I'd skip this location and go somewhere else anywhere else... Sooooooo where does it say u get to close just whenever the heck you feel like it? Not a holiday, both signs say you close at... either 9 pm or 10 pm, so people will drive all the way to you thinking you're open, only to find out you decide to close at7pm......?????? This place actually is a joke and I agree with the other bad reviews, always bad experience. Who is managing youguys??? Read more

Made an order online and went to pick up at the time stated from the app. When i arrived the employee tells me that they cannot... make sandwiches because they dont have any gloves available? I ask when they would be getting the gloves and none of them seemto have any idea when that would be. Then I asked to get a refund for my order and they say they cant do anything with thateither because their manager isnt present? ok so now i dont have my food or my money back because this place doesnt have gloves?What a joke. Great food - that?s with all Subways. But this review is what it is because of David. He helped me with a handful of orders for... my family, was very friendly, and we had great conversation (not at all awkward, like most small talk). Me and my Fiance went into this establishment for lunch today. My fiance ordered a Spicy Italian footlong, he noticed they had... steak and asked if he could also add it. To which the young girl told us that it was going to be extra and we ok'd. We got rungup WITHOUT being retold the order and only knowing the total. As we started to leave my fiance was looking at the receipt(because this issue isnt the first time we've been over charged). To which he noticed he was charged for a STEAK AND CHEESEFOOTLONG WITH DOUBLE MEAT (approx. $10 + $3) not the spicy Italian with double meat (approx $8 + 3). He went back in to berefunded the extra almost 3 bucks with tax we were over charged to which the girl started to argue with my fiance about thespecifics on what she can and can't change in her POS. My fiance in the past if he adds a different meat to the order beencharged for double meat not an entirely different sandwich. The girl persisted there was nothing she could do since her manageris not there (she along with one other woman was the only employees there). We had a hard time believing that considering iftheres any issues she said she would need a manager override. She in the end voided the entire sandwich but we only asked forthe $3 refund and because she was not honoring pricing on the menu it was a direct violation to the Weights and Measures Law. Wehope this dosnt deter people from going here but management needs to see this and retrain this young girl on customer serviceand her overall handling of her job because this was unacceptable to a easily fixable situation. Rude employees. I requested a refund because they charged me a regular price for the subway of the day. The employee Arrogantly... Refused to adjust it, refund me or cancel the order. The manager phone number does not even answer. What A waste. Read more
