I?m sure this doesn?t happen all the time, but the store was robbed while a few customers (including myself) were ordering our... drinks. The staff (2 women) handled it very well and managed to get our drinks and simultaneously call 911. I won?t be goingback for safety reasons, but good luck to them! Read more

We ordered via Phone app and picked up our coffee At this location appears that this Starbucks is set up only for to-go. My wife... and I badly needed to use the restroom but the door was blocked. I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told it's foremployees only. I spoke to manager Maria in vain. I was not given access to the restroom. I have not seen this happen to me atany of the other Starbucks. Shame on you Maria, that is not good customer service. Read more
