Worse starbucks I've ever been to. Wasn't busy, I walked in and no one was in there. They didn't have a fresh cake pop so they... gave my kid the one there.. yeah ok whatever. What kills me is the girl who rang me up and the guy were too busy talking aboutmovies, Spiderman that they took 8.5 minutes to make my drink and it was just matcha with soy milk. There was a mobile orderwith 2 drinks and it took him 3 minutes to make a blended drink because he was too busy stopping to look at her and talk. Therewere three ppl there yet the two brunettes boy and girl seemed to not want to work effectively. There was a blonde cleaning upa bit she started to work on orders. I just guess getting the customer out and drink right wasn't a priority. I order match withsoy milk. I got mostly soy milk with a pinch of match. I've never had a matcha drink look so light n pale with not much matchain it. I swear I could of went and got a pizza from pizza hut, come back and it still not be ready. My drink was very good - eggnog latte. I could actually taste eggnog! At Starbucks that's not a given so I don't take it for... granted. It was very busy and lots of drinks on the counter - in store orders and mobile orders. They were moved around andrearranged over and over by staff. Came in tonight for a couple of seasonal drinks . There was about 4 people including us and a kid . The girl placed the lady?s... and the little girl drinks and said their name so low like a whisper lol the next drink was for a guy there and he was close sohe did hear her . The lady looked over and wondered why her drinks were not ready if they were before the guy . So I noticed andI told her there was two drinks there and may be it was theirs . She got up and grabbed them . Mine were next , I waswondering how they were gonna call me if they ddnt ask for my name for the order . The sad part was that my caramel brûléelatte did not have whip cream ???? or my moms drink either . Read more
