Customer service needs improvement big time with the girls working up front tonight. I went through the drive thru because I... thought I could use my form of payment thru there. I was regrettably wrong, the young woman told me I would need to get out;walk up to window and pay. (I had back surgery recently, so I?m still working on the walking and standing part.) she directed meto one window then she directed me to another window. At that point I stopped and asked the girl which window because I did tcome there to play little games. I was charged and I waited the eight minutes they told me it would take to get my food. Iwatched them load my fries into a box and the box into a bag , take it in the back then bring it back take out of the bag andput in another bag with the burgers I ordered. At that point I felt something was tampered with. Once my husband and I got home, oh my goodness I couldn?t believe when I started to eat my loaded fries. They had so much salt on them that I could?nt eventake more than three bites, I felt my heart pumping out of my chest. This was by far the worst fast food experience. I willnever go to a Rally?s again. Measures should be taken with those young women, you don?t do that to people or their food. I hopeI don?t get sick! Stay away from 3rd Ave Rally?s especially if you have high blood pressure! They got 1 star because that?s thelowest, but they don?t even deserve that. Read more
Rally's is always good, unless you get the chicken bites. This location is a family favorite nonetheless.
My family didn't believe my taste buds lol but they went elbows deep in their menu, my 14yr old only took one bite before... leaving his chili dog only ate the ???? lol that's why I'm giving them 3 ? and not 2, I really don't understand why ppl stilleat here but to each their own I guess. Read more
Our burgers were good but the fries were only mediocre quality. Not as good as I remember.
