While their cookies, milkshakes, and ice cream are delicious they charge way too much for them. Their milkshakes used to cost... $7.75 and now they are $10.50. If you plan on coming here, be prepared to spend over $10 for some cookies and a scoop of icecream. I was disappointed to find not only did they increase the prices on many items, but the quality went down significantly.... Purchased milkshakes in their regular size and they were literally oversaturated with milk. No thickness, barely any semblancesof ice cream flavor, my family was drinking straight milk. I was shocked that only 2 ?milkshakes? came out to $21. Taking mybusiness elsewhere, no longer worth the money with that minimal effort. Read more

Been making the cookies my whole life, so we stopped in to get some and take home to have with a movie. Wow--how is it they are... the original makers of this cookie, but the cookies were the worst cookies we've ever had, from anywhere, ever? Tasteless,cheap ingredients so obvious, rancid flavor, terrible, stale texture--really, a package of generic cookies from the dollar storewould have been better. Customer service needs to be addressed here. Sunday at 5pm. Pretty slow. Maybe 2 other customers in the store. I Asked for an... item and they forgot about my order. I had paid for several items. Then they said it was done but not paid for. So i paid afteri was called out in front of other customers and my guest, then i was rudely told ?if you don't believe me. I can show you thereceipt ? They also forgot about the added ice cream to my order. Which again they forgot to charge for. To many chefs i. Thekitchen in this place. Its all ok quality. But service here really really sucks. Seems like they have the urgency to give youan order and get you out. What about the experience of the Nestle quality. Smh. Read more

I love Boba and the have about 20 different flavors and I'm going to try them all. I tried Taro and Cantalope My family got... Icecream. They sell cookie cakes. It's clean the service was great. No eating inside at this time, the location is at Otay Mall.No curbside pick up. The have a rewards card the 6th item is free. Read more

It's not the best place to get a dessert but if you're not really picky, this place is good to go to. We went there a few times.... The first time around, the cookies were dry and made the ice cream sandwich taste bad. That was about a few months ago. We wentback and the results were a bit better. Some of the staff were really nice. Others I think were tired and it affected how theyworked. We didn't get any food but based on previous reviews, it doesn't look good.
