Unfortunately this is a convenient location when I drop off my daughter. Thank goodness she is moving soon. They always mess up... the order. Either food is missing or it is cold. For a bit they were at least willing to fix their mistakes but I guesscorporate or that manger stopped feeling the heat because they are back to their normal subpar selves. I would expect wait timesin a busy location but you can?t take 15 minutes to hand over 2/3 an order then look me in the eye and tell me it?s all there.We have a big family and it is ?fast food? which is why we pick up sometimes for convenience. It?s a lot of bags. My bad fortaking their word for it though. I should have sat the at the window and verified each bag. But I didn?t. I was missing 40nuggets from the family bundle. They only gave me the fries for that order. And of course they don?t bother answering a phone.Which would be pointless because all they can offer is to make you drive back and wait another 15 minutes in line to replace it.At least before they would answer and replace it another day so that next time your in the area you could pick it up instead ofkilling gas again that night to fix their mistake. I don?t go to McDonald?s with high expectations but I do go expecting to be in and out fast since it is fast food. Anyone who... goes here should never ever have to wait more than 30 minutes for fast food. They made me park, I waited patiently but it wastoo long. I finally decided to get off & my food was not even ready! It?s being ran by teens and young adults who don?t knowwhat they are doing. Some structure & control is really lacking there! There were so many of them in the back, there really wasno reason for such a long wait. There were other people upset and they kept making people park and wait. Corporate really needsto go and evaluate what is going on or hire new management! I will be emailing them also because this experience was ridiculous. Read more
