How do you call yourself a sandwich shop when you are out of bread? This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location and... there's a problem with my order. I placed my order thru Uber for a pickup because nobody answers your phone either and of courseit will cost me 2/3 of the cost to cancel it, go somewhere else. I asked for mayonnaise on the side, simple ask yet they put it on the sub. In addition, they could not even cut the sub in half... at least not the biggest thing; however, given the mayonnaise thing just another thing that was disappointing. Read more

Pros: Multiple locations, freshly cold cuts, very tasty and very good texture subs, both the cold and hot ones. Fullfilling... portions, three sandwich sizes, friendly staff, well maintained facility. Try Mike's Famous Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and theOriginal Italian. Love this place we order at least once a week! Our team gets our favorite Cali Club Sandwiches that comes with avocado and bacon... YUM. These sandwiches are juicy and delicious and the staff is always very friendly! You can order online to make your orderfast but honestly even if you just walk in you'll have your order in minutes. The reason you are seeing so many great reviews is because this location USED to be top-notch. Now all the talent's gone. For... the next 3 months, avoid this location while the new crew hopefully learns from screwing up every app order I've made in thelast 3 weeks: missing ingredients, including ingredients I asked to be removed, warm soda, missing chips, food not ready despiteordering it 30 minutes prior to arriving. Several times they've even left the sandwich uncut, which is something I neverimagined a sandwich maker could forget. It's been a constant disappointment recently. Like I said, lay off this place for a fewmonths. If it still sucks, then maybe we're stuck with a new owner of this location who doesn't uphold the original JerseyMike's oath. Read more
