Our family is a long time customer. Today we spent $60 for lunch. I ordered carne asada chips. My husband and son waited for the... order. When they arrived home, it was Very disappointing to have stale chips. I would like to request a refund. When I calledthe location, they wanted me to bring the food in for a refund. Are you kidding me? You should not serve stale chips to avoidthis issue. Read more

Always a nice place to come and visit. The place is always clean, and tidy, the service is good, the prices are ok, the variety... of food is always great. The birria products they have looks very good, nachos are great, taquitos are amazing, the burritos youcan make your way is a great idea. You choose the meat, salsa fresca, guacamole, French fries, sour cream, beans or rice. Youcan choose the meat and only one of this ingredients or you can add them all at no extra charge and the burrito tastesAMAZING!!!! Three are kiddos options and vegetarian options too. My kids love to come here for the variety of food in themenu and the flavor of the food. They have places to seat, inside or outside. There is plenty of parking, there is handicapparking and the restaurant is roomier. When I'm at the Otay ranch mall I always stop here. Read more

I am a HUGE FAN of El Pollo Grill in Bonita! So? I just have to say that this Otay Location needs to get it together :( I like... ordering my CAF to go or via Door Dash and then move it to my home dining plate and use a real fork (I am weird like thathehehe) anyway, there were some BURNT I mean REALLY COOKED fries in my CAF :( like why?! I did not get to take a pic of my CarneAsada burrito but it just felt like the beautiful marinated meat that I love from El Pollo Grill just was not on point for thislocation. Man my CAF had burnt fries and BURNT MEAT! Like I love charred meat but this was like cancer burnt - That?s not okay! Please learn from the Bonita location and get your fries and meats nicely cooked every time! I?m still a fan of El Pollo Grillbut as much as possible I?ll be going to the Bonita location. Read more

Sundays are amongst my favorite days to eat and have a relaxing lunch. We ventured off Birch toad to the mall because the mall... here has a great vibe. The people come as all variety - with families, alone, or as couples. Since Covid it just feels so goodto become alive again. This is my first time here. Hubby said let's try it out. My son and I got the same thing. Yep youguessed it: FISH BURRITO!!! ???????? side of sour cream and guacamole to share. Yes the guacamole is REAL????, not emo or sourcream blend. I ordered an Orange Bang drink (I love these!)???? and my husband got the Half chicken D plate. Well, hello!Move aside KFC and El Pollo Loco here's your competition!! So yessssss!!! Everytime u order a Fish burrito at other places,right?? It's not grilled! Here, your food is freshly grilled! You got it! It's super tasty in flavor AND healthier! I wassurprised at the generous size. Of course the salsa bar is a hit !???? You can order packaged chocolate empanada dessert orchunky chocolate chop cookies or frozen Popsicles of various flavors. The patio was closed but it was OK, we got a cornertable. The vibe is nice. In one section I think they had like 4 TV screens, and in the section we ate at, they had a TV screentoo. ??????????Absolutely the BEST Mexican food in the 619!! My whole family loves the authentic refried beans, fresh cilantro and... salsa! The Carne Asada fries are delicious (kids favorite) and the Carne Asada mulitas are amazing- cheesy, fresh guacamole,cilantro/onions, seasoned meat all in handmade corn tortillas! We also love the Carne Asada burritos, too- so large we share it!Every family member that comes to visit always ask to go back there! We decided to stop in because we were packing all day and I knew we could get a delicious meal for a great price. If you haven't... bought one of these 1lb meal deals you are missing out. Plenty of food I just wish they gave more tortillas. Generous portionsand the guacamole...so fresh. The burritos, breakfast burritos and even the kids meals are fantastic.
