I would of given a 1 star but only because our order came out fast I gave it a two star! The cashier couldn't get my order... right, kept adding to the ticket after repeating order several times the register employee had to ask for help from her manager!Very very slow workers! 2.I just received today a response from owner. An is getting worse, first they called me "Miriam" LOL (See below if they still... have the comment) and second they send me webpage where I most complain but is for different company an even if I try to fillthe complain in there this location is not there. Getting worst. 1.This morning I order ahead of time and get 30 mins after Iordered and no order ready. I still have to wait 20 more minutes for an online order. What?s the purpose of order online ifthey are not ready? Seems they need somebody to look online orders and not only the ones order in there. Read more
Food is great but service is horrible. No one seems to acknowledge the line, not one employee. Love the bagels but ended up... leaving the store because no one seemed to be attending the line, so decided to make it easier and leave. Read more
Today was my first time at this location. Business was booming. I spoke with a sweet employee, Andrea, who helped me with... understanding how to select a reward on a mobile order. While standing in line to place my order, I followed her directions andsuccessfully placed my order. While waiting for my order, I watched the staff work so efficiently in tight quarters and beingfriendly to one another. A cashier was so attentive to me, letting me know my order was coming and brought it to me instead ofputting it on the shelf for on-line orders. Another young lady, Leah, was on her break and had a sweet, short conversation withme, telling me she liked her job, it is her first. What a great experience for early on a Sunday morning. Read more
STFD. Chopped bacon infused jalapeno with cheese. Have you tried this new bagel? We all know bacon makes everything taste... better, unless you're a non-meat eater or anti-pork. Einstein's has a variety of bagels for all palette's. Sweet, spicy, onion,dessert, plain all types of choices. The bagels are easy to chew and enjoy whether toasted or not. I usually come between 7:00and 9:00 a.m. and there's generally a long line. Although the service is quick, there is a wait. Each bagel range between $2-350depending on the topping. Einstein's in general is a four star but this location needs to monitor how many customers enterbecause it's too small and crowded. I remember when the restrictions allowed 4 indoors at a time and this worked well. Go backto that please. The only tip I have is ask for light butter because there is so much butter you will get cholesterol. Or youcan choose cream cheese peanut butter, almond butter, Nutella, margarine, nothing, or other topping choices. Better yet,pre-order and pick up to avoid the long line and crowded indoors. They always have the freshest, tastiest or i should just say the best bagel in town.. i love getting bagels here coz its waaaaay... better than the other ones.. will definitely come back for more bagel ???????????? Read more
Lines are oftentimes long but their space is small so it's usually cramped with queues reaching the door. I like the spreads... they sell especially honey almond. Read more
I used to LOVE stopping by here in the morning before. Unfortunately the quality of the bagel, especially breakfast bagels has... gone down. The customer service as well.
