Was there this morning, the lady getting the donuts was putting the donuts on top of the shelf which doesn't look like it's... cleaned regularly. On top of that, we ordered a chai tea latte and we found a hair inside of it. Manager never approached andthey only gave me a refund for the drink... even though I had drank that disgusting chai tea with hair in it. If I could givenegative stars, I would. I don't have any issues here, but then again, the only thing I get here is a black coffee and 2 old fashions in the morning when... everything is still fresh. Dunkin makes the best medium roast compared to other places like Chic-fil-a, McDonalds, Starbucks,etc. Nice, mild and smooth. Read more
???? are always taste stale and hard. Never seem to be fresh or anywhere near. After 3 disappointments I won't buy there again.
Each time I order online my drink is never ready when I get there. I order 5-10 min ahead of time because I'm worried if I do... any more than that my order will be cold but since it's never ready I guess I should stop worrying about that. I think the sugarmachine is clogged so definetly taste your drink before leaving. For the past two or so weeks none of my drinks have had sugar.I heard three other people complain about the same thing in store during different visits over the past couple of weeks and ithasn't been fixed because my drink today didn't have sugar. Horrible customer service in Otay Lakes shopping center. If they are doing free coffe on Wednesday's at least they should bring... more staff to take care of customers. Read more

My bacon egg & cheese sandwich, iced coffee, and donuts were delicious!! But besides the food and my drink, the customer service... I received was amazing. I truly felt welcomed. A girl with really nice eyebrows and curly/wavy hair was the absolute sweetestwhile helping me with my donuts. She was super kind + patient and you could really hear the joy in her voice. Plus the people inthe back doing drinks seemed to be working really hard and at a quick pace which I really appreciated since I was running a bitlate for work.
