If I could give it a 0 I would. Horrible. We did a big order over the phone and picked it up in person. While we were eating... there was a piece of rubber in the the hash browns. Not sure what cooking materials they use but if it?s falling inside the foodit must not be very good quality. I called and at first the manager said he would give me a refund if I drove al the way back orhe would give me free breakfast next time I went. I told him next time I went I would get the breakfast and then he startedchanging what he had originally offered me at the beginning. And did not keep his word. We loved this location so much, that we ate there 4 times while we were in the area. Conveniently located next to our hotel and... open 24 hours, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were hot, fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Kidsloved the food so much, they kept asking to come back, so we did. Variety of food items, so we never ate the same thing twice.All of our servers were great, very polite, guest and service oriented and the entire staff seamed to be working together andhelping each other. Dennys is always a good place for breakfast but this time we went to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a coupon. The... waitress was very kind all the time but she made the mistake of not putting the breakfast that came in the coupon and when wepaid the manager was very rude. The manager does not have the slightest sense of "customer service" she is very rude. Theyshouldn't have people like her to be managers or they should prepare them to give better care. Read more

we went to the denny's restaurant late dinner as we were taken too our table notice an employee eating at a table with her leg... up on the table in a closed area there was 2 tables and us at the time so not busy yet it took awhile to get are order takenslite attitude on the server took a while to get are food he drop of the food and did not see him tell we were almost done theywere in the counter area just hanging out joking around with their backs to us could not get their attention there were 3servers i had 6 coffee cups and all the dishes from the food we ordered and did not move one plate when he bring us the chek aspeople started to tickle in they were just standing at the counter one guy got up and asked if he could order to my surprisethere was 3 people at the register i think manager maybe last time we came to this restaurant they completely forgot my order sono improvement wat so ever i got my food this time so there's that Read more
