I typically love this chipotle but today when I went to go pick up my mobile order the girl helping me gave me a dirty look. She... has reddish curly hair. When I go home the side tortilla is completely cold and basically turned into a chip. Whoever did it didit on purpose because when I order delivery the side tortilla is never this cold and dried up. Not sure what's going on here, but this was probably the worst chipotle experience I've ever had. The food wasn't bad on taste,... but they were severely lacking in the sanitary department today. Food covered the entire bar where they serve. The entire diningarea was completely destroyed as well. My family and I originally had intentions of dining in but couldn't even find a cleantable because everything was literally COVERED in food. Food on the tables, chairs and all over the floor. The area where youserve drinks was also disgusting. No eating utensils were available either. The whole place just looked like it hadn't beencleaned the entire day. To top it all off, the guy serving our food was rude and seemed extremely bothered to be working. Hemade us feel very rushed.
