Horrible service I ordered in Uber eats tonight got home after a long days work ordered 5 tender Parmesan meal and I got plain... tenders cold tender and cold criscut fries I called the restaurant supervisor lidia answered the phone I explained the errormade she did not try to fix it didn?t even apologize I told her I want my refund said she can?t do anything I need to go thenext day and request refund from store manager this restaurant needs to train their supervisor better Read more
Went half an hour before closing on Sunday 10/23/22. Customers in drive thru trying to get service. Employees locked the door... and were hiding in the back kitchen. Customer at front door knocking, we could see employees heads. Looks like they closed anhour early. Read more
Was feeling and had my tastes buds for nice charbroil hamburger ,bought 2 double cheese burgers one was freas the other must to... being under the hot lights for a while ,it was dry and the onion rings were like refried because they were dry as desert ,anyways I guess that killed my liking of Carl's junior . Just got out of the hospital and my family took me here as my first meal. We all ordered a big Carl, chicken stars, breakfast... sandwich, chicken sandwich, California classic and fries. My lettuce was brown and soggy my fries were old.. overall not good.Called to let them know and he wanted us to bring them back because he checks all his supplies and pretty much were lying. Justgetting out of hospital and having two kids... Im not going back.. but to the manager that had an attitude and lack of caringwhat you serve, I'll attach photos.I suggest everyone check their food before you eat or don't go to this Carl's Jr. . I have not been in this eatery for a long time due the Pandemic. Today's visit was a good experience; food was hot and fresh,... good sense of Hospitality, and the place was super clean. Manager Raul came to my table to check on me ..... He was nice andprofessional. Read more
There was no one in the drive thru and we still had to park in front of the store because who knows. They bring the food out in... a rush because there is now three cars parked outside waiting. The burgers look like they got tossed in the bag. The oil torethe bag by the time we got home the person at the window taking the order kept trying to rush us. One of THE best plant based aka veggie burgers I've ever eaten! My husband who is a hardcore meat eater thought it was meat. I... had it keto style, wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun and my husband thought I called it a 'veggie' burger because it waswrapped in lettuce. Surprise! It was truly delicious.
