Walked in to get my order and the drive thru lady took our order : I ordered 2 small big Carl and the drive thru lady charged me... for large. They were short staffed that they can't concentrate on good customer service luck asked for buffalo sauce theycouldn't get that correct. This has happened several time. How they can hire more staff. Clean restaurant, but very dry biscuits. Not what you might taste in Tennessee or North Carolina at Hardee's, where the... employees win company biscuit making contests. They use the exact same ingredients at Carl's Jr. Read more
This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my life. As this is our local Carl's Jr we have tried... to give it a chance time and time again for the past 2 years. 9 times out of 10 the wait will be 15 mins to get your orderthrough drive through, even if there is only one car in front of you, also you have 50% chance your order will beright. Tonight was the last straw, I decided to go in the restaurant to potential get a better expenience. Boy was I wrong. Tostart the manager ignored me for a few minutes (no one else was in the restaurant at all). He then advised he would be with meshortly. When I was finally served I was over charged. 10 mins later I was given my food by the manager who I watched packed it.I had to request my drinks which he forgot. I then got home to find he had also no packed the French fries for any of themeals. Something is seriously wrong with the way they do things in this Carl's Jr and it need to be fixed. Read more

No outside dining, no restrooms available. If you eat in your vehicle, just know there are NO trash receptacles for debris. ... Burgers can get to be a handful, don?t forget extra napkins. Fountain sodas served from crew due to COVID. Other than that,still a charbroiled burger and fried zucchini for me. Read more
This Carl's Jr is the worst location in Chula Vista. I rather drive to the Olympic parkway Carl's Jr even if it's a farther... drive. Tonight I ordered 4 combos and when they asked me at the speaker box if I wanted sauces I said just ranch please. The guysaid okay. And when I pulled up to the window to pay I asked for enough ranch for all my combos and the girl said they don'thave ranch. Like what? The guy at the speaker box did not tell me they did not have ranch when I asked for it. Then she offeredbarbecue, buffalo, and some other sauce instead. I said all 3 and she said She can only give me 2. I said that's fine I'l takebarbecue, buffalo and ketchup please. She then said of course! They didn't have my food ready so they had me park to the side.Once I got my food I checked it and it seemed like all the food was there. I get home and they didn't even give us the barbecue,ketchup or buffalo sauce we asked for! And they barely gave me fries ????And turns out they did have ranch! They put 2 cups ofranch in my box that I ordered. I just don't understand why they lied that they didn't have ranch when they did. Bad customerservice in general. They clearly don't pay attention. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location.The other time the girl at the register was rude when receiving my payment and giving me my food.
