We requested to be seated in a quiet section of the restaurant at our request. Probably a bad idea because the table service was... mostly nonexistent the majority of our meal. When we went to pay for our food, we noticed we had been mischarged. Instead ofcharging for half salads, we were charged for whole. We ordered half. We wondered why they seemed larger than normal. As weleft a manager asked how our meal was. I said the food was great, but the service could have been better, and that they got ourorder incorrect. She immediately asked to see our bill. I thought she would adjust to reflect what we'd ordered, but no, shewent above and beyond and refunded the full price of both salads. I wasn't expecting that. So 4 stars, for good food, and agood customer service resolution. Updated to add: on multiple subsequent visits (including the last two consecutive visits),several pizzas that had to be customized for allergies were done so incorrectly and had to be remade, causing the people withallergies to wait for their food, eating after the rest of their party had finished, or having to take it to go. Fernando and his moustache were amazing. He was very nice, did a great job at explaining the menu, and was great with the... children. I'd come back just for him, tbh. The food was great, they gave the children a birthday dessert, and everyone has agood time. 10/10! Read more

The restaurant had a nice, warm ambience. They had indoor/outdoor seating available, but we chose to dine indoors since it was a... bit chilly. The food was great: we ordered the spinach artichoke dip, wild mushroom pizza and our little one had the pepperonipizza. Definitely a nice sit-down environment if you’re looking to satisfy your pizza cravings. We didn’t feel rushed orhurried while we were there, which is always a plus. Read more
