I appreciate the manager Marya from this location. I went through the drive through to order an impossible sandwich, and they... ran out. After my inconvenience request, I was eventually given a sort of rain check receipt to come back the next day andreceive my original order at no cost. Upon my visit the following day, I was greeted by Marya with a smile. I explained to herwhat happened the previous day, and she was already expecting me (which was good on the manager pass down from Leo). She offeredme an additional drink and fries to go with my sandwich for my wait and inconvenience, and I appreciated that very much becauseit made me feel understood. She was very relatable, professional, and pleasant to encounter. The staff made my order fresh andfast. It was very clean inside. I wish every BK was like this across the nation.
