Wow! Where do I begin? We came to celebrate by birthday, there was a wait ,which was fine, we signed and and sat at the bar,... everything was okay at this point, we were sat at our table at 6 pm, 45 min later, no server acknowledged us sitting there, wehad to get up and get our own menus since we were not provided any when we were given the table, at this point I was very upset,I asked for a manager. Abel the manager came to our table, I explained how unhappy we were at that point, Abel, took our order,waiting 35 min for our food, no plates, no napkins, no forked, were given to us with our meal, we stopped 3 different staffmembers and nothing, at the end I asked for the supervisor and corporates number, this service was unexpected, and Abel {manger}never came back after talking our order, at the end after being very upset David the Hospitality manager walked by we asked forforks, tried to salvage our experience unfortunately the damage was already done, the service was unacceptable at ever level,from servers to management. Very disappointed very upsetting, I will be contacting corporate and general manager, a place likethis cannot run the way it was running, lots of training opportunities all around, simple there was no care for customers inthis location, avoid it if posible!! Terrible service from greeter to waiter was told our table was going to be ready in 30min no one texted us informed us that our... table was ready until we asked mean while the greeters were chatting away. The waiter was not well trained on the items therestaurant sells when asked about the promotional deals he had no clue what they were.soon after we order he told us that it waslast call since the section we were seated at was closing. Yet the restaurant was still open for 4hours why seat is in a sectionthat is about to close. Took a long time to get food which was wrong and missing part of our order. The food is good. But service tends to suck. They were also out of a bunch of alcoholic drink options, and they must have been... out of pretzel bites because I ordered them twice and they never came, but the waitress was paying so little attention to hertables that she never checked on us or noticed we didn?t get them and they were on the bill, so I had to call her back aftergetting the check to remove the charge for them. Not the best experience, the bathrooms are not clean,no soap no towels, the urinals are out os service, the wings we order were... served without dressing, no plates or utensils to eat, the food taste was ok that's why I give them a 2 stars instead of one Read more
I don't mind paying top dollar for good food. But it's another thing to pay almost 50 dollars for 2 items and it not be prepared... to taste like the money you spent. All around the thing that ruined the meal was the excessive use of salt. Salt works wondersin moderation but it can also ruin recipes. Thanks for the experience though. Read more
The vibe definitely made the place. Between the bar, wings, music, and the people this is the place to be. Unfortunately my... wings were a little hard as if they were a little over cooked. But the heat of the sauce definitely made it fun. Read more
This place is very expensive to me. Damn near $25.?? for 10 hot wings that tasted basically average if anything. Nothing to brag... about. The atmosphere was very noisy, could barely hear the hostess, can't really complain because the football game was on.The cashier and hostess were nice. Read more
