The best FRESH delis subs in SE Idaho. My go to is 8? Boss on white with pepperjack . Add lettuce sprouts sweet peepers olives... shrooms mayo mustard vinegar oil and ALL the seasoning! This sandwich just blends in layers of flavors. Top it off withBuffalo fries and Dew ! Thank me later. Read more
I've been eating at The Works since the mid-90s. I realize that it has changed ownership since then and that times have changed... as has the location. The food is still good. What bums me out is that you used to get a very healthy portion of meat on yoursandwich. It was several slices of good meat. The meat is still good, but on an 8" sandwich, I got 2 very thin slices of roastbeef and 2 very thin slices of turkey. This is a $9 sandwich. It's $3.99 to make it a combo (though some signage says $2.99). With tax and tip for the hard working staff, we averaged $15.00 per person with two in my party only having one type of meatwhile two of us had two types. There is so little meat that it gets lost in the flavors. The hearty portions that brought mein for years are gone while the prices have climbed. I'd be tickled to pay $9 for a sandwich made the way the used to. Read more
The last few times I've been in I've been so impressed. Everyone always wants to eat at the same time and the staff does an... amazing job at getting the orders done correctly and staying upbeat and positive. The food is great quality and it's a favoriteof my whole family. Jessica (I hope?) does a phenomenal job greeting us, ringing us up, making sure we have everything and beingsuper helpful. It?s a little pricey but the food is great and the service is friendly.
I got the Philly cheese steak, beer battered fries and Buffalo wings for my daughter. Everything was good, well priced and a... good atmosphere. I will go back and get cheese curds and the works sandwich. Read more

This place is great, if I feel like a sammich this is the place I go. Consistent, good service, reasonably priced, just solid.... The one on Jefferson is great too. Only problem I have is I eat too much but that's a me problem. Read more
