I can?t believe they charge $3.38 for 4 HALF strips of bacon ????!!! That is outrageous! We ALL know they buy in bulk and pay... wholesale prices for bacon! There is no reason they should charge that much! See photos please. The portions offended mefrankly. That is 100 percent unacceptable. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers ???? and they cost $6.98 plus $3.38 for thebacon!!! That is Highway robbery! They should be ashamed of themselves. I am so disappointed at the prices. Linda is the worst GM and she should know better with all of her "experience". She allows workers to get away with the most... atrocious things but a select few who aren't family can get away with anything. 5 years ago management wasn't this bad withfront counter workers acting like people stand there for nothing and calling for anyone's attention is a joke. My past visits haven't been that awesome. But this morning they did a pretty good job. The line was long but they got everyone... through quick. The breakfast sandwiches weren't too sloppy, and the pancakes were fluffy and tasty. The people working at thewindow were pretty nice too. Read more
I gotta share this experience cause, not only did it give my Mother and I a good laugh but it was disappointing as well. Now, we... go to McDonald's a lot more times than not, but this is in Pocatello near Walmart. This is one McDonald's we had never been to.They are all so different. But as you can see by the pictures, I had ordered me a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. When I took it out ofthe bag, I layed it on the table and said, "That's it?" There was no sauce at all. I applied the Mayo, which I had to ask for,it had the two tiny pickles and that was it! I'm like, where is the lettuce?? There has to be at least lettuce on it. It doesn'teven have tomatoes ???? It was still a tasty sandwich if you aren't real hungry, but come on! We need our burgers to havelettuce even if it was a chicken ???? burger. Read more

All three of the McDonald's in Pocatello recently went to a 6 to 11 schedule instead of a 24-hour drive-thru schedule and it's... the dumbest thing on the planet. Oh and there are no signs anywhere informing customers as to the new hours or as to why thereare new hours. Read more
