We went to the Chubbuck jack in the box. We ordered through the DT when we got to the window I specifically asked for a receipt... as it was an order for work and I needed the receipt to get reimbursed. The guy told me he would put it in the bag. As theyhanded the food out I asked about the receipt again he said he put it in the bag. When we got back and pulled our food out wesaw that our large fries weren't even filled half way they were burnt small peices like from the bottom of the basket, the tacossomeone ordered were cold and there was no receipt. We tried calling, it sounded like they picked the phone up and hung up onus. We tried to cal the next day but the line sounds like it goes to a fax machine. The fact that the food was terrible icould live with but definitely Not impressed that they weren't able to simply put a receipt that I asked for in the bag or thatI couldn't call the manager to see if I could still get a receipt and that I ended up not getting reimbursed for the mealbecause of there terrible service. This is one of the first places we hit every time we go to Pocatello(we are from Salt Lake.) We have had take out from this... location (this visit I'm reviewing now) as well as sit downs in the restaurant. Food is always fresh and delicious. We've neverhad an issue with any of our meals. Fries are always fresh, and the employees are always friendly towards us. All in all-- agreat experience each time we've came to this Jack in the Box. The service was so so. The cleanliness was not too good. The bathrooms were terribly smelly in a bad way. Total turn off for... cleanliness and having a decent place to clean up. Much to be desired there. The food was soso. A lot of room for improvement. Read more
Got our order wrong, which in and of itself isn't a big deal, but when we called in for our missing items, the lady who picked... up the phone seemed annoyed, and refused to apologize, because apparently their staff is "too young" to get our order right.
