Kids had been begging to come here for the playground since we moved back to the area. Prices were high, it took them 45 minutes... just to make mine and 3 kid's meals. Ran into someone we knew there around the time we went to leave and spoke with them laterand they asked if we had a long wait for our food? They told me they waited for nearly 2 hours! My own chicken sandwich was soterrible that I gagged. It was so gross and greasy that it tasted as if they had just thrown the excuse of a piece of chickeninto a cold fryer and then forgot about it. The bun was completely saturated in oil, as well as a bit of pooled grease in thewrapper and was cold! It was disgusting. We were given our cups to fill while we waited for them to bring us our meal. Afteraround 30 minutes I went to ask what the hold up was and then to refill my drink where it had been so long. They told me therewere no refills and that I would need to buy another drink. We finally got our food. Kids picked at theirs, but my olderdaughter confirmed that my sandwich was the worst. I took just the sandwich back up to the registers to show them and ask tohave just that sandwich refunded. The gal working the front even agreed that it was bad and looked gross. She said that it hadbeen just her and one person in the back trying to run the place all day by themselves and told me to call corporate, and thentold me there was nothing that she could do and she would have to grab her manager, who was in the office and not the personstruggling in the back attempting to cook. She came out and asked me what did I expect. I was floored by her attitude. She said"fine, I'll have them make you a new one." I kindly declined saying that after the long wait that we had we were now runninglate for an appointment (as it had been an hour at that point). The employees were very friendly, fast to greet me and even offered me a small drink I didn?t order while I was waiting for them... to make some fresh burgers. I was very pleased with the service. Read more
Facility is understaffed. Staff appear to be working to the best of their ability. Get more employees and give the ones you have... a raise. Read more
If I could give this zero stars, i would. My order is never right unless it's the main night crew. The gm there is incredibly... rude to customers and employees. Lobby is always a mess. It use to be good, but now I'm honestly disappointed. Do better. Read more
Went through the drive thru just before noon on a Wednesday 8/32/22. As someone who travels full time, and has been to many... Burger King's, this one is by FAR the best customer experience I have ever had by leaps and bounds. Couldn't have been better! Read more
Went through the drive-thru here and Leanne was amazing! She was so friendly and provided great service. Our food was out quick... and correctly. Definitely will come through again, best experience I've had at a Burger King probably ever! Read more
The food was amazing! Definitely an amazing bacon/flavor experience. The staff was also great! My whole experience with my... family was the best, we all had a great meal. (We were so excited we almost forgot pictures! Every thing we tried andexperienced was the best part of our time in Boise. I keep giving these guys a chance because I love a Whopper w cheese but the food is always cold or they forget ketchup or... baconor some other basic ingredient. I have to go through the drive thru cause I'm on the run so when they blow my order I haveto just deal with it. Read more
