For the most part I like Taco bell/KFC How ever the reason why I'm giving them a 3 star is because I've had a few times where I... didn't get what's I ordered, I'm changing my 4 star to a 3 star I just went through the drive thru and when the manager handedme my food she did not thank me and did not say have a good night she just handed me my food and started closing the door andwas wanting to chat with her coworker rather than using good customer service when she started shutting the door I said clearlyHAVE A GOOD NIGHT she then opened the door and said oh did you get your straws I said yes ok she said then closing the dooragain and again I said HAVE A GOOD NIGHT in my career I've worked with the public in several times and as a employee you alwaysfocus on the customer until you are finished helping them Read more

This location takes longer than normal to get the food out. It's a convenient location off the 99 but they really do take 15- 20... min to get our food for a family of 5 ready. Service could definitely improve. As I waited.... No one came to the window once tolet me know the progress of my order. When the young man came to my window he gave me the total and I gave him my card, before Icould ask for something to drink he closed the window. Then sticks his arm out and hands me the card and receipt, n was goneagain. The food deserves 4 ???? the service was one star service, How ever i am only giving 3 stars because there's tons ofroom for improvement. Read more
Asked cashier what the classic combo is (on the taco bell side) I couldn't read it and neither could she. You think that... employees working the register would have a pretty good idea of what is on the menu. Oh well no big deal, cashier asked otheremployees what it is, and a response came back, "ITS A COMBO THATS CLASSIC!" That employee along with another came around lookedup at the menu, 3 people now,like they were seeing something they had never seen before . I don't think they noticed me leavingas they were having their discussion about what was on the menu . Shame Read more
Great value box for only 5 bucks you can?t beat that it?s yummy and you get full fast.
First time visiting this duo location shared with KFC, gave it 3 stars because of the 10 minute wait after we ordered our food.... They should ask people waiting on big orders to park in front if it's going to be a while. Other than that the food was freshand good. ???????? Read more
