Tried to order a meal. Charged me $2 more than menu. When I called attention they said menu was wrong. Ordered chili instead.... Did not taste good at all. Lousy customer service. Most expensive fast food restaurant. You would think the food would at leastbe good. Read more
I have to give this location 2 stars today. Placed an online order for drive-thru pickup and I had to wait in a parking spot... while 7 people ordered at the drive- thru and received their food before my online order was brought out. I used the onlineordering app to receive points and perks. However, if you are in a time crunch, you would be better off just ordering at thespeaker versus the app. I am still giving them two stars because the staff was friendly and they did apologize for the wait. Worst Wendy?s ever. Don?t go in and eat. The employees were talking to people and not paying attention to taking peoples... orders. The front counter girl was short and rude. I finally got out of line and went through the drive through and then sat andwaited for another freaking 20 minutes for my food. They are so slow and place is just a disaster. Don?t eat here. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked, staff was friendly and quick. Im disgusted because the inside of the building is at 100... degrees with countless calls to corporate. Went to try the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, and I am not impressed. To start off, they forgot a sandwich and we had to... tell them. Then as we get down the road, we figure out they forgot my daughters nuggets, so we had to go back. On to thequality of my mozzarella chicken sandwich.... wow was it horrible. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The mozzarella was alsodry and overcooked. There was very little marinara sauce, so the flavor was very bland, and it was an overall horribleexperience with just my sandwich. I'm very disappointed because this Wendy's location usually has no issues with service orquality of food, and I was so excited to get that mozzarella chicken sandwich because the commercial I had just saw about itmade it look so good. I will never get this horrible sandwich again, may never even come back to this location again. Read more
