Food was good, once we got the correct order. Went through the drive through. It took a significant amount if time as is the... usual with this location. Was given the wrong order. We only ordered tacos. Employees were super friendly and sincere andapologized about messing order up. Read more
Horrible. Missing item, items missing ingredients, burritos all different sizes and shapes with sauce leaking out the ends.... Crunch wrap supreme no sour cream, no cheese sauce and beef looked like maybe some fell in by accident. Read more
I had seen that Taco Bell ???? had brought back the Chalupa, which is one of my Favorites ???? got dinner for my husband and I,... he ordered the Chalupa box special with the Taco ???? and the 5 layer burrito. I ordered the Chalupa and Taco ????. IDK what Idid right, or if it's just been such a long time since we've eaten Taco Bell ???? ????. 1st when I arrived there wasn't a linearound the parking lot!! LOL and then on top of this good fortune, Both orders were SOO fresh!! Didn't taste like it had beensitting under a warming light. So might be running for the Border a little bit more than we have in the past. Great employees,very Pleasant and also helpful, I couldn't read the menu very well. "My fault not theirs" so the Young Lady was very pleasantand helped me find what I was looking to order. So all in all it was very fresh tasting. I chose to have taco bell on 23rd street in choctaw, ok. It was a few hours before closing time there was 3 of us in the car and... when at the menu board i started to place our order when a very rude and disrespectful woman came over the intercom and statedthere was a 4 item limit i asked her to please clarify so she said again 4 item limit and i proceeded with my order of 3cravings boxes and i heard no response , after a fairly long moment of silence i said hello? She responded with ( i told you 4item limit !! ) Then i responded yes i need 3 chalupa boxes , she then said we're short handed and you cant have those boxesbecause you dont listen now get out of my drive thru ! I then asked her name , what you need my name for? Please tell me yourname after a long hesitation she said some name I couldn't understand in a very loud and angry way ! I couldn't believe the wayshe was treating customers !! I know i will never be a customer at that taco bell ever again !! Cinnamon twists- got bad ones, came back to get replacement ones, same issue. Tastes like they are fried in a dirty oil vat with... old grease. Horrible! Wont get those again at this location. Always seems slow and under staffed. Bad deal, good location forme. Read more
