I do enjoy subway. I asked to have the bread in the inside of the sandwich pulled out so it has less carbs. The person working... refused. I am diabetic and like to enjoy subway. Employee was extremely rude. Sign on door says open until 7pm and the open sign was on. Walked in and the employee didn?t greet... us. We stood at the counter and saw that there was no food in trays at 6pm. When asked if she was open said yes yes buteverything was transferred to Walmart subway and she couldn?t help me. Just walked out of there, without ordering, as the only employee making the sandwiches wasn't wearing a mask during this... pandemic that we are currently in the middle of a big outbreak. I find it interesting there is a sign stating mask required forentering but there own employees don't wear a mask while making sandwiches. If she was just handling the register and hadanother employee making the sandwiches I would have felt a little more comfortable and ordered. I know Subway can't discriminantagainst employment for employee health/religion for mask wearing but this is serious and they should find a better way toaccommodate state mandates for COVID 19 and employee rights. Alex is the best employee at the Walmart store. She is so nice and knows my order. Sadly, she is moving to another store. The... three stars is for my pizza not being cooked. I used to love the pizzas but they are not good anymore. For some reason seeminglynobody knows how to cook them right. Read more
I placed an online order with 2 six inch subs and one foot long sub, I went to pick them up and once I arrived at work I noticed... there were 3 six inch subs and we were missing part of the foot long, I called the store and no answer so I went back to thestore to pick up the other part of the sub that was forgotten. I let them know know I was missing part of my online order andthe manager called the girl up who made my order and had her re-make the sub. She was very rude about making the part of the subshe forgot to do in the first place. She told me she didn't forget it and did not want to make it. The manager was pleasant butMcKenzie, who made my order was not and seemed very frustrated that she had to fix her mistake. I completely get forgetting partof the sub however, her attitude was not called for and completely inappropriate. I was very disappointed with the customerservice I received today. Read more
Food constantly out of date. Wayne is rude. Owner says she will pay you one hourly rate then pays you minimum wage instead.... Hangs up on you when you call her to ask why. Illegal practices. Read more
