Wayne is rude and handles food unsafely by thawing in sink overnight. Owner fails to follow protocols when an employee has close... contact Covid exposure and retaliated against an employee for quitting due to health concerns by illegally docking pay rate shewas hired at to minimum wage the day checks were printed. Owner knowingly and wilfully violates labor and wage laws and hangs upon you if you call to dispute the illegal activity. Read more
This subway was horrible. The people working were incredibly slow and rude. They were also not very sanitary. One girl was... taking bread out of the bread molds and then putting the bread molds on top of opened food storage. She was also suppose to helpthe new employee out but that employee was definitely clueless. Read more
Lady that worked on 6/16/2019 from 6am-close ish, was super rude to me and my sister along with customers in front of us. She... had short hair and a severe attitude. Attitude was included in every question and answer provided from her. She also seemed toenjoy slamming things like the oven doors, shoving our coupons in our faces rudely "to see the locations on the coupons" withattitude as well, and sighing loudly. In my opinion she should be fired, attitude like that makes people not come back. If shecan't handle the job then don't have it. Read more
I love Subway, but was treated very rudely at this location. The middle-aged lady with short hair behind the counter complained... steady and was rude to her co-worker who was doing his best to stay upbeat. I ordered the new pulled pork with chili corn chipsas did the lady behind me and the clerk sighed heavily and rolled her eyes stating that they were short on corn chips and shewas now going to have to take time that she didn't have to go in the back and find some. The line was long as it was lunch timeon a Saturday, we were all fine with waiting in line, but the lady at the counter made me want to leave and go elsewhere. If itwasn't for my granddaughter that was with me and hungry, we would have left. I will not be visiting this location again. Read more
We were at Subway at Walmart in Lake Hallie this afternoon. When we walked in it appeared no one was working there. Then a... purple hair girl, with glasses & no name tag, came out from the back. She was the most unfriendly, rude person. We ordered 2Subs, and she basically was throwing the food, and acted like it was a pain to toast the bread. She must hate her job, because she appeared very unhappy. We never even got a receipt. I told Crumpy I had a coupon for a free bag of chips (Expires 8/14/17) with a 6" sub. She said their computer does not accept them, so she would not let me have them. Also had a free double meat( Expires 8/10/17.)on a 6" sub, and again..its not in their computor. You might as tell your SUBWAY to quit sending peoplecoupons if we can not use them. Read more
The girl with the short purple hair was extremely rude, and complained about putting my sandwich in the oven . she didn't care... or put effort into anything she just tossed stuff around . nothing looked fresh or restocked and flys were on the food. Ishpuldve went somewhere else. But definitely will next time. Read more
I love going to this store. The employees are friendly and like to interact with the customers. I can enter the store down in... the dumps, but leave with a smile every time. This southern gentleman that works there takes pride in his cookie baking andsandwich making. The manager will tell you straight out that they have the softest bread in town and she is not a liar. I willgladly pass by three Subway stores on my way to this one. It is worth the drive, not only for the food, but the friendlyatmosphere. Read more
I ordered a meatball sub for delivery through the app and it took 40 minutes for me to be notified that they were out of... meatballs. I have had similar issues before with this restaurant when ordering through the app. The app should be notified whenthey are out of something so that situations like this don?t keep happening? very disappointing.
