It's very sad to see this store take a downturn after their remodel. I've encountered rude and lazy employees, mostly during the... day shift. One specific thing I can't seem to understand is why they stop selling breakfast burritos once they run out for theday. When I worked here a while ago, you didn't tell the customer "sorry we're out of burritos". You got someone to go back tothe kitchen and roll more burritos. It takes about 10 seconds to roll one. I used to roll an average of 200 burritos a nightwhen this store was open 24/7 and I was working 3rd shift, so running out of burritos for the morning shift was a VERY RAREoccurance. Now, I'm lucky to successfully order my favorite breakfast item 1 out of 5 times. I hope they can filter out the badapples and hire some new employees who will bring back the passion of serving the customer a pleasant experience, every time. Read more
Terribly managed. No consistent lobby hours. Slow service. The employees will look you right in the face assume standing at the... counter and not even acknowledge your existence. Door was locked. People were inside. Went to the drive thru (the second orderscreen) I sat there, not being helped, while 2 cars on the other screen ordered and continued to the window. Read more
Food has declined rapidly in size and taste, I've been going to McDonald's for 50 years but think I've had it.
It's completely ridiculous that employees are asking for such a high wage when they can't get an order correct. I've went here 3... times and each time they messed up my order. The receipt was correct, the packaging was marked as correct, but the food was not. Read more
