We had Karl's cater our wedding November 19, 2022. They were recommended to us by a friend of ours and we are so glad we went... with them! The food was divine! From our taste testing we knew we were in for a fantastic dinner people would enjoy and go backfor seconds and thirds! You get more than your money's worth. Our guests could not say enough good things about Karl's BBQ! Afew guests who had the chicken said it was the first time the chicken wasn't dry at a wedding. We also had Ribs, Pulled Pork andBrisket (for the head table). Our sides were the Mac n'Cheese, Potato Salad, Cucumber Salad, Cowboy Beans, and Cornbread withHoney Butter. The comments rolled in! Still coming in almost 2 weeks later! People who didn't normally like potato salad or macn/cheese from a BBQ place LOVED them. The food was fantastic! Karl is fantastic and so easy going. I was happy to talk to himdirectly for any question I had. He is really prompt with responses and knowledgeable in what people look for in a cateringservice. I have been craving a good BBQ for weeks. My boyfriend and I finally went last night, and were so happy. OWEN and TOM were... extremely helpful and patient with us, despite the fact that we walked in about ten minutes before they were closing. UPDATE: Decided it was time to try again and see if it was still good. Had the Brisket philly, Brisket Bacon Cheese burger,Burnt... Ends and slaw. Gotta say it was FANTASTIC all around! Will definitely be going back! Went here for the 1st time today lookingfor some good BBQ. Ordered the pulled pork and Slaw sandwich and sampled the Burnt ends. I can honestly say that I have founda new place to eat. The food was AWESOME and definitely cannot complain about the portions . Can't wait to try their othermeats! Amazing wedding caterer!! We hired Karl for our wedding on July 8th, 2022. Karl was great! He and his staff were very kind,... attentive, and easy to work with. The spread of food was spectacular! We had ordered the grilled chicken, pulled porksandwiches, baby red potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, and corn bread. Tons of food was made and all of our guests wereable to go through the buffet line twice! At the end of dinner, Karl and his staff packaged all of our leftovers and stored themin the venue cooler for us to take home! We shared the food with our immediate family members the next day and still have enoughfor at least ten meals! Karl?s BBQ Express provides unbeatable pricing, outstanding customer service, and deliciousness thatcannot be beat. One out of guests even described the food as dynamite.
