Ordered a pizza, garlic knots, wings, and salad. Delivery was fast enough, hot food was good, opened salad to find it was full... of brown slimy lettuce, half melted cheese, and a sell by date that was the same day of delivery. Read more
So, tonight I ordered a $26.00 meal (3 meals actually) with a nice young man who answered the phone. Shortly after, a seemingly... older man called me back, saying they don?t deliver this far. I mentioned they?d been delivering to me for about a year now, andI?m in a remodel with no kitchen yet. The man (no gentleman) stuck with his ?we don?t deliver there? but would go to The Edge. Wanted some pizzas for a birthday party. Called at 1pm, wanted to puck them up at 5pm. They didn't have them ready. I waited... forever just to be told they were under a different name. Not a huge deal- but your "kids" who work here need to learn customerservice. SUPER rude. This is why I don't order here. Only reason I did was because they had a deal for multiple pizzas. Read more
Apparently don?t order from here on Sundays. My order escalated to a Manager this afternoon, and she (the Manager) ended the... call with , ?I?m hanging up the phone dude, you have a good day.? It?s probably good that she hung up on this ?dude? as I wouldhave only escalated further and clearly couldn?t have gotten any further with today?s staff. Regardless my business has beenlost unless this experience can be further explained and rectified. This escalated over them not being able to facilitate a$10.00 tip for the delivery driver!! I have ordered at least once a week from here without any issue, since CoVID. So over twoyears without issue. When going to finalize a conctacless delivery today, and insuring that a tip was added for the driver, Iwas told that they can?t do that, and have never been able to. Read more
Good place to go for pizza. The menu and decor are both simple, and sometimes simple is best. The crust made from the brewery... ingredients had a great flavor. There's a brewery inside as well that speaks to its local charm having named the various brewsafter areas in town. The owners were warm and inviting. Dominos is usually the basic experience every time but recently I decided to order a different kind of pizza, the Spinach and... Feta Pizza I believe it is called. Long story short, I added jalapeños peppers and half side with chicken and it happened to bethe BEST DANG PIZZA IVE EVER HAD! I don't know who was working that night but they are a serious pro, I ordered it again theother day but sadly my order was incorrect and it just wasn't the same:( hopefully next time I order it, it turns out like thefirst time!
