i had a great experience! the food was tasted amazing and came out so fast even though it was packed! my server, i believe her... name was lily, gave us the best service ever! i ended up dropping the other half of my quesadilla while trying to box it up andshe offered to get me a new one. i felt awful and embarrassed for dropping it as it was super busy and she now had to deal withthat mess. but she was super kind about it all! she was dealing with what seemed to be some rude customers at the time too butstill kept a smile and was super sweet! thank you so much lily!!!! So we went to celebrate my fiance's winning of two dart tournaments and we decided we'd go to Cancun. I used to love Cancun out... of them all. But tonight really opened my eyes to better. So I ordered a pork burrito while he ordered chicken enchiladas. Hisvery first bite there was cartilage AND bone. Not cool They took the plate and brought out a new one for him. Mine came with twoburritos and the last bite of mine, big chunk of cartilage. I physically couldn't eat anymore due to becoming grossed out andnauseous over this. Within two more bite out of his food, he found another bone. We refused to eat anymore. Idk if we gotanything taken off the bill or not but we told them what happened, they knew we were upset and we paid and left. We've ate at cancun in chippewa falls multiple times and am significantly disappointed in today's food and service. The fajitas... were more like a boiled soup with no flavor! Nothing at all like they have been before. When I tried talking to the waiter hecompletely ignored me and my question to why the fajitas weren't fried or grilled like they usually are. He didn't deliver anysour cream and we had to ask three times for it. When I asked to speak to the manager he said there was none. When I inquiredwho was in charge he replied the manager would be in later. When I informed the girl who processed our money she could've caredless about the situation. We rarely complain unless it's really bad and, yes, this time was really really bad. Terrible fajita'soup' and even worse service. We will not be going back there! Read more
Disappointing, the best part of the meal was my Strawberry margarita and the white chip dip. The chips were overly greasy, the... rice was over done and dry, my chimichanga was bland and flavorless. The salsa didn't even save it. Sad ultimately. Service wasmediocre, but staff was friendly. Wouldn't recommend and won't return. 2 Stars only because I did enjoy my strawberry margarita. Read more
Start of saying our waitress Liliana was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, friendly and served with a smile. I had the... Seafood Chimichanga, which was good besides the fact they used imitation crab. Wife had Enchiladas, one beef that was good, butthe chicken one was absolutely disgusting (sorry but it was) I had to spit out the bite she gave me. And the cheese one was ashard as a rock. I ordered the taco carne asada, which is supposed to be 2 tacos, rice and beans. I got 1 steak taco, no sides. When I called, I... was told there was nothing that can be done, that the order was only for 1 extra steak taco. I paid for the full meal. Mistakeshappen, but they didn't make it right and that's not ok. They read it as 1 taco carne instead of understanding that is a fullmeal. Learn your menu!! Read more
