I usually only get the chicken sandwiches but they make them perfectly and quickly. The crunchiness is perfect and 8/10 times Im... satisfied with their service. Food is always fresh, however they take a LONG time and nearly always mess up any of my orders. Missing parts of a meal, leaving... out biscuits etc. They once told me my mild chicken thighs would take 14 minutes to cook, I was willing to wait. After 25minutes I knew they?d completely forgotten me, went inside to ask about my order, they quickly threw together an order and itwas still incorrect. Today I ordered a sandwich combo. This is an edit from a previous rating i gave of 4 stars, due to what I perceived as improvements. Either the improvement was... short lived, or the dayshift staff is worse than the nightshift. The service is not friendly, bordering on rude, they are out ofliterally everything, including Mac and cheese, and seem aggravated that you are even here. You can be the only person in line,and still expect a wait. It's really a shame because my husband and I both like the food, when they aren't out of it. Read more
Chicken has always been fresh. Service is excellent side cups are full. One of the best Popeyes we have eaten.
If there was negative stars, I would leave that, because you don?t deserve one! Here is a clue for the people operating this... place. If it?s going to take you 5 minutes or more to get chicken ready (which at lunch maybe you should have had done already),tell the person ordering BEFORE THEY PAY! Do better! Read more
Went through the drive through and was told it would take 5 minutes. For fresh food, that's fine with me. I was told to pull up... to the line by the door and my food would be brought out(I'm assuming to avoid the drive thru timer). I pulled up, and 15minutes later (according to the receipt) I went inside to find out what was going on. No explanation, just gave my the food 5minutes later and said sorry. I got home just to find out they messed up my order on top of it all. The service here isterrible. I have been here several times, and my order is consistently messed up. Avoid at all costs. The wait was not long at all and the lady at the window was alright, but I ordered the $30 11 piece meal with two large sides... and biscuits, the chicken was good (tasted fresh and it was hot and juicy) but the biscuits were hard and DRYYY and the "large"mashed potatoes and gravy (supposed to feed a family) was tiny! That was the first and the last time that we will eat at this Popeyes location. We asked for fresh chicken because it looked... like it had been sitting there all day the manager said that it is fresh chicken so we went ahead and ordered it, needless tosay that it tastes like it had been sitting there all day. And the fries taste and texture was like they were about 2 days old.Never ever will we eat at that place again. Just terrible terrible terrible. Read more
