Great fast food service staff. Food is always good because it's just the regular Taco Bell menu which I happen to enjoy.
The manager from the evening shift on September 18, 2022 was belittling all of her staff. My mom and I could hear her ... throughout the entire dinning area and all the customers could hear her badgering every employee. It's been a few times already that I go and the food doesn't taste good. It taste like it's 2 days old. I mean I know its fast... food but it's just been bad lately. I visited last week just for some cheesy roll ups for my child. It's been a couple of timesthat they give me the cheesy roll ups cold and the cheese not melted. I requested for them to please make sure the cheese wasmelted. They gave them to me and it seems that they purposefully gave them to me more cold. Last time I spend my money here. Read more
I order veggie power bowl and they gave me lettuce and beans with sour cream. No. Chesse , Rice, guacamole was in the bowl and... it comes with it. I also order 2 supreme tacos and gave me Doritos tacos without tomato and sour cream and regular tacos werenot at all good made they were already soft till the time I brought home. Read more
Why are the doors locked at 7:10 PM today. This after coming by at 6:15 and being told they ran out of meat. Horrible... management. Not the first time this place has an issue. I come to this location every couple of weeks due to business trips. Usually, this location is fairly average and doesn?t stand... out. This time, I received the nacho fries and it?s not even half way filled. Management needs to step up their game or theemployee doesn?t need to work such a job because they don?t care. It is not normal to wait 15 mins for soft taco and nacho. It looked like they only had 4 or 5 people at the store when you have... people ordering at the counter, drive through orders, and online apps orders. Also it appears they don't have people to clean upthe dirty tables and chairs as well. Quite an unmanaged place. The employees are nice but maybe not enough? Read more
