At the time I went, nobody was around, and they still cut a lot of corners on my order. I ordered a single salad, and they... didn't chop it or anything, though they clearly had the tools for it. I don't know if it's bad management or a single lazyworker, but it was silly. Read more

The girl that helped me had no patience, and was very rude.. She had a attitude since I was not moving fast enough with my order... too her.. I told her she had a negative attitude and she told me that she did. I will call and ask for a manager tomorrow. So the place was clean and the employees were nice. My only real problem was that it was 815 pm and they guy was already... emptying the tea. They were already closing the store. They don't close for another 45 min. Well needless to say. I didn't getanymore tea. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Brenda & Jay both refused to remake my Italian Sub for me. Telling me thats how I ordered it. No,... it wasn't the way I ordered it. then had a attitude with me on the phone as if I was bothering them. Any place I've ever workedat I was trained no matter what, the customer is always right.Unfortunately Subway doesn't share these same values. One employees #1 was on the phone, and employees #2 was runing like chicken without a head, taking our oder, 3 sandwiches, ... behind us there was 4 customers and the employee that was on the phone still was, I have experience in customer service, I knowthat call was not an emergecy, and sure was not the manager. Terrible, I work near it and have been purchasing my foot long tuna nearly every week at least once or twice a week for 15... years. Today I went in ordered my same exact one and put my $6.50 on counter. The woman told me it was $7.02, I asked her whyshe was charging me more than I always pay and she said it was because I'd had her toast the bread and she was charging me tax.That was news to me, I've never been charged for toasting the bread nor has anyone ever said there was an extra charge. Irepeated to her that all other employees charge me $6.50 every week and that's why I had taken that amount which I'd placed infront of her. I asked to speak to someone else and she said "what for it will still be the $7.02 they have been entering itwrong and I'm the manager" I then told her in that case she could keep her sandwich and I picked up my money and left Subway.She has now lost 2, 15 year customers, myself and my friend whom usually eats Subway with me every week. I say, managers trainyour employees and make sure everyone knows the price of your products. Had the manager said " Sorry you've been misinformed butI'll give you this last sandwich at the old price but from now on it's the $7.02 I would still be a bit miffed but I'd still bea returning customer, but since she doesn't know how to deal with customer service she won't see me enter her Subway again.
