Atmosphere was very welcoming, music was entertaining and store was clean and warm.

Great service.. had a mobile order for pick-up on one of their free cup days and it was a crowded frenzy -- i couldn't wait... above the the 20+min i had already waited (late for work) so I called and spoke to Erica who said to come in another day andthey would grant my order at no cost. I walked in to grab a quick drink and had asked one of the employees there named Allison if she could help me with a quick... question I had about my Starbucks app. She was very politely and assisted me by showing me where I needed to go to be able totransfer funds between gift cards on my account. It's a nice Starbucks the people are friendly. Something they started doing a while back is not giving me the coffee directly.... They put me in the queue. I always order coffee black and at other Starbucks the person taking my order turns around and givesme the coffee. They used to do this here as well. So I have to wait a long time now to get my coffee. Read more

Good location. Close to 71 fwy. Same area with Smart and Finals, Rite Aid, Chase bank... Clean and organized place. Great staff,... very friendly and welcoming. My order was prepared perfectly. This is an awesome spot. The drinks are above average but the staff are what make this place so special. They get to know... their customers well, they are very kind, understanding and generally awesome. They almost always have a smile when dealingwith customers (no matter how rude those customers may be... and I have seen my fair share. Kudos to such fantastic customerservice but wow customers need to be nicer to such awesome people). Each member of the staff is unique yet they seem to workvery well as a team. This was my go to spot studying for my boards and they always made it feel like a welcomingspot. Starbucks, you have some great people here. Read more
