Ordered pick up Order and received it through the drive thru. The person who took my order was very rude. It was mostly women.... All of them I interacted were rude. The young woman who gave me my drink didn?t even say anything, or look me in the eyes. Feltlike I was speaking to a robot. Just super weird. I?ve never had baristas be rude at Starbucks before. I've just moved here recently, and I really enjoy this Starbucks. The staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they're not... just here to do their job. The atmosphere and vibes that some of the staff members give off really do liven the place. The staffwould smile amongst each other, welcome anyone who walked in with a warm welcome, and even the small conversations withcustomers are done in a warm, friendly manner. The staff here are really accommodating too. I'm mute, so I use a text to speechapp to order. There were a few times when my app lagged as I got to the counter, but despite the brief moments of silence, thecashier waited patiently. I really appreciate this kind of friendly staff since I've encountered some staff members who wouldgrow impatient or even retort back. It had made me never visit certain locations again out of fear of experiencing the samething again. So to the staff in this Starbucks Location (especially Conrad [? I'm not sure if this is his name since I couldn'tsee a name tag from where I sat, but taller male, wears glasses, light brown hair ?] and another male staff who wears a whitecap backwards, and the staff who worked on 8/25/2022 at around 9am), thank you so much for being such lovely people! I only have 2 Starbucks that I go to and this is one of them for so many reasons. The staff here is dope! My coffee is made how... I love it, I don?t stand around waiting for my mobile order it?s ready when I walk in and they be playing the MF jams!!! GreatCustomer Service is always #1 for me and this store is so inviting. Love this one! They are fast and always get my order right. I usually use the drive thru, so this is about my drive thru... experiences. Even though the line is sometimes a little long, it goes fast and smooth. My orders are also always made great! Read more
This location is always fast and friendly, I have another location closer to me but choose to go here because they are the best.... The manager is always sweet and her staff always goes above and beyond. Makes my day every time! To the person who commentedabout "showing the manager and other employees how to be a business owner"...might want to revisit your own skills since thenon-Starbucks people were still smoking behind the nail salon business just today (which is also next to the drive thru sign),not sure how/why you'd expect Starbucks to intervene, clearly not their problem.
