This place is exactly what I needed. I had just left a funeral, came across a brush fire and the freeway was a parking lot, my... wife was giving me a hard time, and then I found ROSCOES. What a gem! Hidden away, discrete and unassuming yet when you walk inyou are pleasantly surprised. The ambiance and decor are wonderful, the employees are friendly and beautiful. Holy S*** My girlfriend brought me here for the first time today. 7/9/22. We ordered the Carolina BBQ Mac and cheese. It was... delicious the only thing I would change is the sweetness because I like more of a kick to my food. After our main entreescame....... Beautiful and I mean beautiful presentation. The food looked amazing. Then I took my first bite for the new OrleansCajun shrimp pasta. The most flavorful mouthful I have ever tasted. (my girlfriend agreed) She got the waffles and chciken andthey were very tasty. We switched entrees for a sweet and savory meal. My father in law got chciken stake. The portions fromeach plate were massive. If you come here be prepared to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast,brunch, lunch, or dinner. The place is pet friendly as there is a beautiful golden boy sitting across from us. It is kidfriendly so go ahead and Brin the entire family. From the outside it seems very plain and simple for an eatery. But your world changes as you enter. You walk through the door... and it becomes bright, colorful, loud and a live. There's just so much to see. The walls are covered with signs, pictures,sayings, mirrors. You'll notice at both ends of the bar there are two motorcycles posted on top of metal posts. There's acarousel horse above the windows facing inwards. The whole place is wrapped in those tiny plain white Christmas lights. Thereare TV's to watch sports on, hanging from the ceiling. First time here, I drove all the way from East La. Really good service, as soon as we got seated we had 3 different servers come... and ask us for our drinks and order. The food came out fast. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and my husband and motherordered the steak sandwich and everything came out within 7 minutes. The meat was juicy and flavorful.I ordered the "sexytractor"drink, it tasted very good. The strawberry smash margarita had bits of strawberries also very good.The size of drink wasgood for the price. Lessons to be learnt by others on how a burger should be. The perfect combination of everything even to the last pinch of... seasoning on the fries. Thanks for the satisfaction of a great meal. The service is a little haphazard but otherwise amazingplace. Kids love it, babies were not bored and the weather helped by being a perfect 78 with light wind for outdoor seating. Read more
We come here quite often and usually the service is excellent. Today was a bit different! We come for Sunday brunch and our... group is 4 to 6 people. We got seated quickly, that's always a plus! Today I give 3 stars because our main waiter was in a "no"mood. I don't know what it was but any modification of our orders was "no we can't do that"... hummm... OK. We ordered theirFrench toast, a breakfast platter, their newly added scramble (advertised in their text message), a chicken sandwich, and pulledpork sandwich. I wanted fried eggs instead of the scrambled they put on top of the potatoes and no cheese. Nope, can't do theeggs. Alright on the cheese... look at my pic... there is cheese. The fried egg came from someone else's dish! We had to orderbaked beans on the side because the waiter didn't get it in the order for pulled pork sandwich. Who needs 2 sides of coleslaw?We got charged for it too. The fries on the side of the chicken sandwich were missing ranch. When we asked for some to go forthe left overs he told us it was an extra charge. We spent about $150 in food and drinks and gave the guy a $50 tip and hewanted to charge for a side of ranch... This place was amazing. The service was second to non. The service is impeccable, mutliple employees would ask if we needed... anything. The food was excellent, the Chili was one of the best I've had and I highly recommend. The atmosphere, the decorwas unique and fun. There are plenty of TV's for the avid sports fan. I wish there was a Roscoe's in Atlanta but I definitelywill be back when in the area. Read more
