We had a great experience with Krafted culture catering and Chef Cooper. We had them cook a 4 course meal for 10 people to... celebrate my dads birthday. They were on time, professional, and had delicious food served hot and fresh. Some of our favoriteswere the Peruvian chicken, vegan lobster mushroom rolls, Korean garlic noodles and the seared halibut. Chef Cooper and his team were amazing. As it is overwhelming to search for vendors for a special event, it?s even more difficult... to find a catering company with vegan options. From the food testing to the day of the event, the communication was constant andthey accommodated to last minute changes. Our guests and ourselves went for seconds plates, that is how delicious it was, someguests couldn't even tell everything was vegan.. They are very friendly and welcoming, I definitely recommend their serviceswithout hesitate, and I will always keep them in mind for my future events. Read more
Chef Cooper handles business. I needed to get catering for an event that my company in Ohio was having in Chino, CA. The company... I had in place originally, canceled only a few days prior to the event. I was online searching for caters in a place I am notgeographically in. When I called, I spoke to Chef Cooper. He was professional and was able to put together full catering for 35people with tables, chairs, linen, dinnerware, and the food in less than 3 days. His team handled the setup and breakdown. Ourattendees had no idea the horror of what it took to get the catering. The food was amazing, and the passion fruit lemonade was ahit. Chef Cooper was great to work with. We made a last minute decision to get desserts catered for the graduation party we were... throwing. I wasn't sure we'd be able to get someone to help us out with a little less than a week to go before our event, butChef Cooper put a proposal together for us quickly and we figured it out. Working with Chef Cooper was truly a delight. I needed a caterer for an upscale event at a private resort for 270 people...and... I only had a few weeks to pull it off. Chef Cooper and his team stepped up and took the challenge. He was professional andthorough during our initial consultation. Communication was top notch and I never had to worry that we weren't on the samepage. The food was delicious and my guests raved about it. I appreciate Chef Cooper keeping in mind the dietary needs of someof our guests, as well. His staff was friendly, outgoing and professional. I was beyond impressed by how they were able tocreate an excellent culinary experience for my guests in a relatively short period of time. Found them on the knot to use for our wedding , They have a list of great food selections . Went to an amazing tasting to see if... we liked all of our selections.(the mini sliders were absolutely amazing) They allowed us to change our menu up a bit which wasgreat ! We also invited more people than originally planned and they easily added that as well. Chef cooper Stayed in touchfrequently to make sure things were on track! Overall great experience! Read more
