It was ok got the house salad with tofu, avocado. Cherry tomatoes were already gone, lettuce was like a long weed a little chop... would have been edible. Front Staff seemed annoyed that we came in to order. Probably NOT coming back. Read more

I've been going to this location since it opened. I've always had a pleasant experience. The quality of the food is always great... and I can say that we have ALWAYS received everything as ordered and complete. If the drive thru gets busy it's because peoplelike this place and yes it takes a few minutes to cook food as ordered. Read more

Came through the drive-thru15 minutes till closing time and purchased a chicken mini bowl. They're fast and listened to my... request and fulfilled it exactly. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will be returning customer for sure. Read more

Went through the drive-thru yesterday around 7:30 and got two bowls one tofu one chicken both were terrible choking the rice the... vegetables something was horribly horrific wrong in the kitchen. We got the bottom of the pan. Not eating at this waba or anyfor a min. Way better fast food out there. Tasted fake unhealthy!!! Read more

I just got home with my $9.69 what was suppose to be steak & chicken bowel. But, it's not what I ordered. The girl who took my... order didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing. Therefore I got all the way home only to open the bowel to find it doesn'thave even an ounce of steak. So, before you leave the store better open ALL OF YOUR FOOD or you will be SORRY OR HAVE TO GOBACK!!!!!!!! OH. yhis happened on 4/14 at around 5pm. Read more

Very disappointed in the service I had today. I did and online order, got to the location and found a sign in the front that due... to staffing I would need to go through the drive thru to pick up online orders? okay that?s fine, it?s understandable. I get tothe window let the girl know I was picking up my order, she handed me my bag and I then I said ? I just want to be sure, one ofthese chicken bowls has no sauce? she said ?yup? and rolled her eyes, I let it go and drove away. I decided to park to be surethat the one had no sauce like ordered and as I suspected all had sauce. I went back in the drive thru AGAIN to get an attitudefrom the same girl. When she took my bowl she rolled her eyes again took it to the back, scooped the chicken out and put newchicken on top. Same bowl I returned with all the sauce all over the veggies and down to the bottom of the bowl?even on thelid!!! The name of this rude employee is RUBY she has very bad customer service and possibly an eye problem that needs to belooked at. I will not return to this location anytime soon. Read more

They tend to always make mistakes on our orders, but I never complain. Today was enough for me to leave the drive thru because... they said they could not give me all white meat on a value bowl, when I have always ordered my bowl that way and received itthat way and I pay the extra money that it cost. But yet today they could not make my meal with the substitutions that I askedfor. It is upsetting when we are limited on our lunch time and the restaurant's change the rules on the way you can order yourmeal. Read more
