Extremely disappointed in this location. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready and an expected time. My husband... goes to pick up the food and we were accused of ordering from a different location at first. When I confirmed that we had indeedordered our food from this location, the female cashier proceeded to pretend that she had just received our order. My husbandasked if she could hurry with our order since we had ordered some time ago. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she wouldtake her sweet time with our order if she wanted. She then tells my husband that she is going to call HER husband, whom shealludes to being a gang member, to come and beat him up if he doesn't leave. My husband simply asked for a refund since thesandwiches weren't ready on time and she refused and we were threatened. I also called the location, hoping to speak to amanager and the phone rang for about a minute before someone answered the call and immediately hung up. I called again and thesecond time it only rang twice before they hung up on me. The last time I called, the phone was just off the hook. Don't eathere anymore. If the lady in the photo is working when you walk in, just turn around and leave. That's my advice to you. Read more
No ide what Arlene Martinez is talking about because we specifically go to this subway for their ALWAYS SOFT BREAD, Perfect... Cookies, always super fast workers during lunch rush, always friendly, clean & organized... Other Subways have non pr only someof these qualities. But this is our go to store & we always feel welcomed. Read more
The restroom is open for customers! Service is pretty fast as well and the food is fresh I guess. But as far as the fast service... and restaurants being open and the store being clean this place deserves five stars. It's your typical Subway but thankfully therestrooms are open. Read more
I will start by saying that I am one of the wittiest people on the planet. It's a gift and a curse. Most things I say fly right... over the head of the intended recipient. When I come across someone who possesses the gift of repartee, I feel complete. Ididn't get her name and she wasn't the employee of the month, but she was a wit unicorn. She thanked me for making her smile butthe truth is, I am the grateful one. Thank you, "owners daughter." I promise you did more for me and my day than I did for you.Did I mention that the sandwich was perfect? 12" turkey/bacon/avocado. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Had three people working, went by smoothly. Ordered ever vegetable on my sub.
They Close at 9:00PM but don't allow customers to Dine In past 7:30. They started putting the chairs up at 7:20. This is very... bad service!!! Management need to find new employees. Plenty of people looking to work!!! Read more
