Horrible quality leaked and burned me. On top of that stained my clothes with coffee. When I attempted to exchange it it get... store credit manager Cameron denied my request simply because I had no receipt it still had bar code so can obviously see it?sbeen less than 30 days. Fast and efficient. The store manager was very nice and quick to help me during one of their busiest times (morning). Good... coffee! Place was very clean and staff was nice! Read more

They charged me for a venti and got a grande ???? I told the girl I was confused because I thought I had mentioned venti after... paying almost 12 something for a venti drink and a cake pop and it was awkward when I was at the window and she was like ugh?.Yeah idk I?m sorry but she could have at least ask if I wanted my venti out of courtesy. Also when I came inside to purchase atumbler I literally waited like 10 minutes with no line behind me ! And I didn?t even get acknowledged! I literally felt like Iwas invisible for a minute. My most recent visit was horrible. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, wouldn?t listen, kept interrupting me during my... drink order, and made snarky comments throughout. I had to repeat myself multiple times. She didn?t know the policy?s about thenitro cold brew. I spoke to the manager Jasmine about my horrible experience. Jasmine was disinterested and bothered by me whenhearing what happened. Jasmine did nothing about it and kept defending her rude employees like nothing happened. I expect betterfrom Starbucks. I often mobile order from this Starbucks due to the proximity to my job. They are always friendly, welcoming, and get my order... correct. I usually get a quad espresso over extra ice with 3 pumps classic (I add my own cream bc I only like a tiny bit). Inoticed recently they have someone "working" the mobile orders. They stand out from behind the counter and organize the mobileorders on the table and greet you when you come in. Today was extra special because of the notes she left on my mobile order. Idont know if they notice the same name on the same type of order each morning but they dont usually see my face bc I run in andout. But taking the time for these nice notes just starts my day off right. It was very sweet and a little gesture went a longway. Spoke with my staff this morning about how these small gestures can make a HUGE impact. Thank you!!! Read more
