I've gone to this Starbucks many times. The people who work here have always been reasonably friendly, polite, and professional.... I have no complaints. The drive thru line sometimes gets crazy long and the cars will sometimes block the nearby entrance/exitto the plaza, which can be frustrating. You can save time if you park and order inside instead of waiting in the long drive thruline. Read more
