Fire all the employees atp or shut it down. employee at drive thru was rude told us it would be 10 min for 3 chicken sandwiches... when we said it was fine he sounded irritated and that they would bring it to our car, not exaggerating it took 40 min wentinside to check and they forgot our order they kept asking us what number it was we were number 609 12/4 710-715pm and themanager was too busy to acknowledge us because he was talking to an employee that was off giving him good food if you don?t likeyour job that?s easy af get a new one Read more

Update: 11/21/22, again, the ONLY Popeyes i ever have a major problem with. They dont ever let you pick up through drive thru... when you order ahead of time even though thats what you choose. I ask why they even give me that opition when i cant get my foodthrough drive thru, manager said, i dont know. Seems like yall dont know a lot. I can order something that's already cooked andyou still have me parked and come in like yall always do. Excuses change everytime with everyone. And then said they will cancelthe orders for the ones that can't come onside to pick up their order. Wow. I feel sorry for those with a disability. I have tofind me another location. This Popeyes is a fail. Showed up almost 2 hours before closing and they decided they were going tostop cooking so whatever they had is what you was going to get and that's it. Then I just left there after church to grabsomething quick to eat and it took them over 30 mins to bring my food out. All I order was a 3 chicken strip combo. I waswatching all these big orders leave out so fast but they couldn't fix my little meal. On top of that, I didn't get what I askedfor. I wanted original, but they gave me spicy, plus dude said they were going to put my ranch in the bag. When I finally got myfood, it wasn't a ranch in sight. I had to ask for him to please bring me some. They just gave me what they wanted me to haveand not what I ordered like last time. What's the point of even ordering what you want at this location? And some of the workersact confused when you ask for anything. I guess they are use to not giving you what you pay for. Is management okay? I work in the building next to this restaurant and wanted Popeyes for lunch and wasn't happy!!! I had ordered a 5 piece chicken... tender combo and waited for my order. I've worked in fast food before and was already disgusted with the service. Thisrestaurant should be shut down for not following health code standards. I've seen employees scratch their hair and work on thefood. I've seen employees cook chicken with old oil with mildew build up. I've seen employees pick their nose and not wash theirhands. The way the flour their chicken they scoop the flour that was contaminated on a unsanitized counter. And the they don'tcook fresh chicken at least every 30 mins cause the food was sitting under a food lamp for ages. And when I got my chickentenders they were half cooked and half raw!!! Please fix it because someone can really get salmonella and food poisoning. Read more

We waited for 15 mins for our 10 piece chicken meal. When our chicken was ready a manager brought out our food didn't say hello... nothing just handed us our bag of chicken. We ordered 2 sides red beans and rice and cole slaw. We received mash potatoes . Nosauces that we asked for and the chicken was not crispy kinda soft. We paid 29.00 for a meal we didn't get. Honestly, terrible customer service. I always feel like I'm bothering the employees by simply being there. They are Stingy with... sauce, but I am ok with the recent change of allowing us to purchase more if need be. Weirdly won't do separate orders from 1car in the drive thru... I might understand if it's busy but that particular day there was no one behind me and they didn't evencare to make it work. I had a work order with a company card and wanted to order some extra stuff on my own dime and decidedthey weren't worth my own cash. This on top of the order being wrong :/ Read more

The service is poor, the APP chooses to pick up the food at the counter and they have to go to Driver Through. I take meals and... give me less drinks. Read more

Ordered the 1/4lb shrimp. Received what looks like the scraps left in the fryer. Also ordered 1 Coleslaw, 1 red bean, 1 Mac... cheese and 1 mash potato.... they only had one person working the whole front, and doing all the mobile orders.
