I met the new owner Andy and Tony the manager helped me out with my order. They were both very kind and professional! I ordered... over the phone about 15 minutes prior to arrival and it was ready right when I walked in! It was so good and the crust had theperfect crunch to it! Read more
Its not always when things go perfectly that matters... We paid for a double toppings pizza. Rather expensive but they do it so... well here. Due to some human err, we didn't receive the extra paid for toppings. Made a call and they took care of usimmediately. So very kind and incredibly giving. We love this team and have for years. Today was Superior in Customer Service!Above and Beyond!! So glad they are in our neighborhood!! They do so much better than most overpriced pizza restaurants near us. Read more
They had closed, or stopped taking orders, they were swamped, it was christmas-day night and they took us in for one more order... for the night. I ordered here many times and pizza was always very tasty and satisfactory. i found good discounted coupons at papa johns... website. Never had to complain. Pizza was always made just like I ordered it and it was not greasy. Recommend the chicken stripsas well. Buyer beware female manager will argue with you on a neutral scale justify that you?re wrong and they?re right if you had an IQ... of 150 your intelligence would be Insulted The managers logic wasn?t able to solve the problem she is supposed to ask what Iwanted not what she wanted to do in this business The customer is always right no matter if they?re wrong in this case I havepictures to prove that I?m right. the way the manager hadle my situation is putting me on a do not sell to list Papa John?s andliterally said I am not welcome here anymore and hung up the phone on me.
