The customer service there sucks. It took 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Got a no 6 3 piece big box and a Fill up box.... The Chino Calif. location is the best. Friendly caring and fast working employees. Food is always hot and fresh. Even if there... is a long line it moves at pretty quick pace. I can not vouch for other KFC locations. Read more
We ordered 4 lunches and received only 2. I had to go back to collect the last after I had gotten home! Disappointing!
Chicken legs was good but the chicken stripe are dry and not good. Like it's been there for over 2-3 hrs.

Very rude staff. It's only this location I have issues with. Two times in a row now I've left unhappy because the staff is rude.... First time, the lady who was taking my order wouldn't stop rushing me (even though I was the only person in line). I simplyasked for a few minutes to look at the menu, but within 30 seconds she was trying to finish the transaction. This time, I wasblatantly made fun of by the woman taking my order for paying with quarters. With the drive thru window open, she called herfriend over and loudly proclaimed that I paid with quarters while laughing. On top of the sheer rudeness, they also did notprepare my Nashville Chicken Sandwiches properly. I've included a picture; they basically didn't add any sauce. I love KFC but unfortunately this location has made me not like to go to KFC!!! EVERY time I go to the drive thru there is some... sort of issue, either they don't get the order right or I get home to find I have missing items! The food is okay and good. The service was okay. That place is kind of dirty the floor and table. There is enough parking there.... They need more cash register helper. The price is kind of high there. You don't get a lot for $5.00!???????? Read more
