I just got home with my order, I ordered Island White Fish and when I opened my plate the fish was missing. Check your plates... before you leave, the person hung up on me when I called, is there no supervision? or quality control? I wish there wassomewhere I can put no stars. Read more
The food here was very delicious. One of the best top spots in Chino. I was able to take extra grub home that?s when you know... it?s too good to throw away! IMO better than Young Hawaiian BBQ in the spectrum towne center. Read more
Food was great. Restaurant is a bit awkward. The menu is behind a group of fake plastic, dirty plants that makes it hard to see... the menu. Would visit again. Read more
Ordered an entire family meal that costs upwards of $60 got 2 teriyaki sauce cups and one Katsu chicken sauce cup. thanks for... all the forks though enough for 7 people but again only 3 sauces. Read more

Food I give a 4. Establishment I give it a 2. First time here. Food was good. Kahlua pork was overly salty. We had the #44 & #45... combos. It was 101° outside and felt 90° inside. Too hot to enjoy your food. Also, PLEASE have your Zoom meetings in your backoffice. Listening to a manager on her Zoom call on her laptop and on her phone talking pretty loudly was unprofessional. Awesome Hawaiian food! We had tried L & L Hawaiian food, my personal opinion is Ono is better. We had ordered the mixed grill... with beef, chicken & Kalbi ribs with rice & Mac salad. Kalbi ribs rice plate & Kalua pork with cabbage. The grilled meat arenicely seasoned & bbq. The Kalua pork is awesome, it is moist & not too salty. It had a great smoky flavoured! All the riceplates comes with steamed cabbage ( very nicely done). We enjoyed the food very much. Read more
Don't go in around 8pm. Since they close at 9pm, they will push out all of their orders while counting down their till and... cleaning the restaurant while ignoring you as you stand in line for 10 minutes. Apparently closing early is more important thantaking customer orders. Read more
