I was given a gift card and was disappointed to find out gift cards cannot be used through their app. The side pickle tasted... like it was ran over by a firetruck before being plated. Good sandwiches but terrible at speed of service. Ordered on the app an hour ahead and when I show up they are still an hour... behind. I really think they should have the option to pause app orders on short staffed days. They were offering refunds andturning customers away with long wait times. Read more
Great Firehouse! The owner was in there, well I think it was the owner, he always is taking orders and working hard! He is so... nice, friendly, and helpful. The employees will not acknowledge you. No welcome or how can I help you I mean nothing. When the women came to the register she... was obviously not pleased. The place is quite dirty I didn't see any cleaning or sweeping from the time I was there. I even sawsome customers cleaning the tables themselves. That should have been my warning sign. When I was waiting by the register Inoticed a young employee dropped a bag of meat on the floor and just picked the bag up and put it on the table where they werepreparing the sandwiches...I mean what? How unsanitary. But I should have not been surpised the drinking area was alsounsanitary and sticky. After that I just wanted to leave and make my own sandwich at home. As I waited for my sandwich a younggirl was looking at me constantly but how was I to know that my sandwich is ready when you don't communicate. Next time I'll gohome and make my own sandwich at least I know that I don't have to deal with people like that. Read more
