This place is so unorganized all I ordered was a BLT and fries it took them over 30 minutes. They have no systems and processes... to deal with the drive-through and the walk-in people. While I was waiting for the 30 minutes they screwed up at least fiveorders. Even though they were extremely overwhelmed and couldn?t figure out how to deal with the walkins and the drive-throughthey continue to take more orders that they couldn?t handle. I would give them a zero but there?s not even that don?t ever gohere unless you have an hour to wait for a burger. Great location worst service ever. The staff was super nice and attentive. The location is very clean and the food well prepared and as fresh as can be. It might... be me but the hamburgers meal seem to have shrunk in size of the burger and fries. The salad was full size, however. Read more
I'm giving this one star as I'm sitting in space # 2 because its never taken this long. I've been to this location only a few... times. It always took long but not enough to complain. Nothing went smooth at all. I pulled up and they had me wait a fewminutes before ordering and he made me repeat my order. I said Farmer Club. He asked Farmer Burger? I said Farmer Clubplease. He said okay Farmer Club. But they gave me a burger. I waited in space #2 for over 10 minutes. At least this givesme a good reason not to ever come back. Read more
Very good food. Im from Tucson az and out here on business. My first time trying this place. Friendly staff and nice fresh hot... food. Will definitely be bring my family here for our vacation. I got a huge burger an order of fries and onion rings for $17.00bucks hell of a deal. Might go again before I head back home. Worth the money. Read more
I am not a big fan of Farmer Boys but if I do eat here I will get the fried zucchini with ranch. However this time I got the... Parmesan-crusted sourdough cheeseburger and needless to say the flavors were very good and that is where it ends. The sourdoughwas soggy and oily. The customer services is grossly disgusting, every non carbonated drink was out and the cook had the nerveto double dip fries because when I tried to eat them, they had a double fried crunch to them so we asked for fresh fries and shegot an attitude. Horrible... Ridiculous... Bad attitude... Won't be back. They were not busy at all. Drive through is empty and 3 tables in the... restaurant. We ordered our food and sat down. Waited awhile for our food and 1 dish was sent out. We mentioned this wasn't thewhole order and were told it was coming. Almost 10 minutes later, I returned that dish to be remade as it had gotten cold. The"manager", Elena, took the plate with a major attitude and threw it on the counter and told the cooks to remake the whole order.After another wait, most of the order came out except for the milk shake which she said she was bringing back. The food was verygood however we never received the milk shake. I, again, went to the counter and requested a manager as this was a horribleexperience for all of us. She said "that's me. What do you need?" I told her the issue and she said they were short staffed andshe would refund the milk shake. HOWEVER, when I told her I would wait for it instead of sitting back down, she LITERALLY threwthe receipt back over the cash register and said "fine". No refund. No customer service. Horrible. Farmer boys is a fast food chain. It's trying to be chipotle (especially with prices) but quality is just under or at Wendy's.... If you have that expectation, you won't be disappointed. Ordered breakfast sandwich $7, French toast dippers, mini plate, andEnglish muffin sandwich for $4. Both sandwiches were great. Not bad and the $7 filled me up. The French toast dippers wereburned, bland, and gave a funky after taste. Syrup couldn't even help. The mini plate is easy enough that they were okay, butthe pancakes got smaller (see photo). Overall not bad for $20ish. There was a line and read wait times suck. Instead went home(live in CH down the road) and did door dash. Took 30 min. Food was still hot. I'd say for budget of $4 sandwich and miniplates with higher quality than jack or McDonald's, I'll take it. Read more
