They took forever get my order and a asked for the cilantro salsa, and they wanted to charged for it. I eat in pollo loco at... least twice per week in different locations, and they never charged me for any salsa, also the chicken was dry. I love polloloco but o won’t comeback to this location. I previously had left a one star review because in 3 separate occasions that I had been there they never got my order right... especially when it came to having something all dark meat. But today I went and there was a really really nice person namedCassandra in the drive-through who just completely made my day. She was so friendly so nice so lovely that El pollo loco she isthe only reason I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. You should give that girl a raise! Read more
The chicken was dried oug and old,the rice not even cooked,it wax raw,the beans tasted burned,.the pollo bowl had maybe 3 small... pices of chicken. Read more
We arrived at this location at 2:39 pm store #3879...viewing the grill from the register should have been our clue not to order... but we went ahead anyway. You could clearly see the chicken was dried out and still on open flames. The person taking our orderdoubled as the person preparing the food. Another person (Rosela F) took our order at 2:51 pm. Once we received the order it wascold and dried out. We ordered 2 piece meal and a double tostada chicken to which it wasn\'t a double by the amount received. We eat at Pollo Loco twice a week but will not be eating at this location for it has poor service and they serve dried chickenthat has been sitting for awhile....we prefer the one in Ontario on 4th and Milliken.... Not a very good first time experience at this El Pollo Loco. First off you have to search for a menu don\'t have one hanging on... the wall and they don\'t have all of the items listed on the paper menu. Took 15 minutes to get a burrito and pollo bowl so overall not a very good first time experience. Read more
I ordered online. When I picked up the order, I was only given part of the order. After making a second trip for the rest of my... order, I was told that they were having problems with the \"new system\". I have been there 3 times now. Every time I go the chicken is super dry. It seems as the chicken has been over cooked or sat out... for a long time.\nI have not had one good meal here.
