Ordering on line is a bit of a hassle, but that's only cause there's a lot of options to make sure the order is correct.... Everything was done in a timely manner and with the tracker you can see where your order is, in real time. The delivery driver,James, was very professional and courteous. I wish I could rate lower. Every time i call and for the wait time before I even waste my time and it’s always 2-3 HOURS wait... time and with curbside pickup it’s still 2 hours which is insane. Not only that but when you call to make an order the staffis really rude and when you say thank you bye they ignore you and just hang up. Pay them more or something this is ridiculous Iused to order all the time no problem some time last year things changed and the delivery time increased. Read more
This is not intentionally meant for the crew. This is for domino's as a company and management or online system. We haven't been... able to order domino's for 2 fricken months !!!!! Because they have no delivery drivers. So our order stays under prepping forhours. DOMINOS STOP ALLOWING ONLINE ORDERS if ur stores are understaffed. Very very very frustrating to order and wait for foodand then mess up family night and timeliness because food never even gets started so we cancel each time over an hour later withno communication. Made me wait for a replacement pizza because they didnt add cheese anf the pizza was cold. Seriously they wanted their pizza... back...2022 review had to reorder a pizza you will see why when I upload the pics but the make up made me give them a betterstar rating. I ordered online at 3:30. It showed on the Tracker that it was being prepared. Just after 4:30, I called and asked about my... order seems that it hadn’t arrived nor had the Tracker moved. I was notified that due to shortages in staff, it would take 3hours. I understand the staff shortages, but a heads up on the app or shutting down the app and having call in orders isprobably a better idea to retain customers. This was super frustrating. Ordered 5/14/22 great experience. Highly recommend. Everyone was professional & precise. Ordered online& payed with credit card... no problems. Called to see status very friendly.The Cooks were good order was correct we got10 pizzas. David our delivery guywas cool & I was very impressed. Tipped on credit card $20 these guys deserve it. I order 3 pizzas and they gave me the wrong crust. So i called the store after been on hold for over 30 minutes i decided to... drive there when i got there i showed the little girl working there my pizza and asked her what type of crust it was she saidthats thin crust. Well i order hand toss. After i told her that she said that it was hand toss. Even the little boy preparingthe pizzas said it was thin.
